1: Coat ribs in yellow mustard, then season with salt and pepper.

2: Apply the curry BBQ blend and Memphis rub blend generously.

3: Let the ribs sit for 30 minutes.

4: Cook uncovered at 250°F for 2 hours in the oven.

5: After 2 hours, place the ribs on aluminum foil. Add brown sugar, 5 tbsp of butter, and honey (+ maple syrup) directly on the foil beneath the ribs and lather BBQ sauce.
