Blueberry Cinnamon Rolls

1: In a large bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.

2: Add eggs, softened butter, and (optional) sourdough discard. Mix well.

3: Gradually add flour and knead until a soft dough forms.

4: Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled in size (1–3 hours depending on room temperature).

5: Roll the dough out on a floured surface into a rectangle.

6: Mix all filling ingredients together until combined.

7: Spread filling evenly over the dough.

8: Roll the dough up tightly and slice into even rolls.

9: Place rolls in a greased baking pan.

10: Cover and let rise again until puffy (at least half or doubled in size).

11: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

12: Bake for 20–30 minutes, or until golden brown.

13: Beat all icing ingredients together until smooth and fluffy.

14: Spread over warm cinnamon rolls.
